Flow Eco is a travelling narrowboat store run by Sam that sells natural skincare, soap and cleaning products that are canal-conscious, kinder to the environment around us, cruelty-free, vegan and plastic-free.
You can buy online or from the towpath.
The idea for Flow Eco came out of a desire to cut down on the plastic Sam and her crew use themselves, and to reduce the amount of potentially harmful substances that run out of all our drains and into the canal. All the products are suitable for canal dwellers and dry-land residents alike.
Flow Eco travels all over England’s canal network, opening the shop in new and exciting places week to week.

Give your skin an extra zing with our lemon massage bar that’s vegan, plastic-free and palm oil-free.
Lemon essential oil is said to reduce anxiety and depression, ease morning sickness, improve skin, relieve pain, improve cold symptoms, heal wounds, treat acne and energise the mind and body. This bar can be used as a solid hand cream, solid body lotion or as a massage bar as required.
